All Saints Parish Church

Rainford

Access to the Church and Church Hall

Steps

There are steps at both entrances to the church, but a permanent ramp is also provided to give easy access via the rear doors of the church.

The church hall has no steps and there is easy entry to the building.

The church has steps between the nave (where the congregation sits) and the chancel (where the altar is). There are handrails fitted but if the steps are too difficult and you wish to receive communion at a Eucharist service, please let a sides person or warden (the people standing at the back of church) know and they will arrange for you to receive communion at your seat.

Wheelchairs

There is easy access into the church and hall for wheelchairs.  Wheelchair access to the church is via the concrete ramp leading to the rear doors.  There is ample space within the church to accommodate wheelchairs.

Loop System

The church has an induction loop fitted to the sound system. Hearing Aid users can use it by switching their aids to the 'T' position.

Toilets

Toilet facilities (including disabled facilities) are available in the church hall (across the road from the church).  These facilities are available during services.
